I think my broadband is running slow, how can I check this?

Provided that you have either a Motorola cable modem or one of our SuperHubs, all that is required is to run the Ethernet cable from the back of your modem/Hub. Plug it in to either a Laptop or PC.

After you have successfully plugged this in you will need to go to www.isleofwightspeedtest.com in which you will see on the screen “Begin Test”, after beginning the test this will now show you what true speeds you are getting down the WightFibre line. If you see that your speeds are not as advertised, it’s always good to try another device (laptop or PC) to see if the results vary. If the result remain the same we advise you contact us for further assistance.
