All of my devices are currently connected to the internet but one, how do I fix this?

For this particular case, the best thing you can do is power off the router for around 30 seconds and then power it back on. After the above has been done, reboot all of the devices connecting to the router, This will most likely resolve your issue.

This problem most likely occurred due to the router assigning the same address to two different devices, so by rebooting the router this allows it to re-assign individual address’ to each and every device.

For whatever reason this doesn’t resolve your issue, please contact our customer support team.
