My broadband isn’t working, what can I do?

  • Check to see if there’s a known fault with the service, you can do this by checking our Facebook, Twitter or Support Page.
  • Try and connect to another website besides the one you’re currently trying to access.
  • Reboot the broadband equipment (never reset),also reboot your devices and wait for a few moments.
