I am not currently a WightFibre customer and I would like buy your service?

We are currently still continuing to take orders for service from new customers. This is being done on government advice and this can change at any time. Our lead time is currently 5 days.

On installation we will seek to minimise the time our engineer spends in your home. Consequently we will not run any extensive internal wiring and so you may not have the optimal position for your new router within your home (we will ensure you can connect it to your tv). We will also leave you to connect your own devices to the new service but we will be able to assist you with this by phone.

When the coronavirus crisis is over we will be happy to return to your home an re-position the equipment to your complete satisfaction.
