I am on your old network and I have been given a date for you to migrate me to your new full-fibre network

We are part way through a programme of upgrading customers on our existing cable network to our new full-fibre network.  If you have already been given a date for this we will honour this appointment.  We are currently not booking any more upgrade appointments except by customer request.

There is one exception to this in East Cowes where a street cabinet was damaged by a vehicle. We are currently moving all customers connected to that cabinet to the new full-fibre network.
