What do I do if I usually pay my account in cash?

Due to the coronavirus, our office in Cowes is currently closed and our employees are working from home. This means that we are not able to receive your account payment in cash as usual. We request that you please pay your account by doing a bank transfer online using your account number as the payment reference. Alternatively you can also change your payment option to direct debit by calling our Customer Service department on 01983 24 24 24.
