Essential Network Maintenance

Wightfibre is committed to giving you the best possible service, we will be carrying out essential maintenance work on our wireless network Wednesday 30th August. The work will start at 16:00 pm on Wednesday afternoon and will finish at 17:00: pm on Wednesday afternoon.

Your broadband and telephone service will be affected for a small period whilst this work is being carried out, you will not need to do anything, service will resume automatically. If your Broadband connection is not restored please turn your equipment off at the mains for 60 seconds before turning on again. If service does not resume after turning the power off please call our customer service team on 242424 or 150 (from your Wightfibre line) for assistance.
