If your installation was on any day after the 1st day of the month, you will see a pro rata charge on your 1st bill instead of a full months’ charge. In simple terms, a pro rata charge is based on the number of days between your sign-up date and your billing date. You don’t need to do anything from your side. From your 2nd bill your amount will be the advertised monthly amount.
