Wightfibre are seeking an experienced Wayleave Officer to lead all aspects of customer negotiations on the Isle of Wight. As the Wayleave Officer you will be responsible for negotiating and resolving Wayleave, easement and lease issues relating to the our proposed FttH telecom network infrastructure build.
The Wayleave Officer will operate across multiple teams throughout the business to ensure a managed transition from sales inquiry through to customer install is achieved. You will be working closely with an existing Commercial Manager and as part of the wider New Build team and be able to prioritise and manage work to meet demanding deadlines. The successful candidate should demonstrate a positive attitude, a willingness to regard customer service as a top priority and will require a high degree of self-motivation, along with the ability to work in a flexible manner.
This is a full time role for a fixed term of 24 months with an immediate start.
