Start Order

Call Forward
Divert your calls to another landline phone or mobile. Calls that can’t get through to your home phone will still reach you on another fixed line or mobile of your choice. You pay for forwarded calls at normal rates.

Caller ID
Caller ID shows you the number of the person calling, so you can decide whether to pick up the phone or leave it to your answering service.

Caller Rejection
Caller Rejection allows you to block incoming calls from unknown numbers. This is a great way to block those cold calling sales people.

Voicemail
Can’t answer all of your calls all of the time but don’t want to miss any? Activate your voicemail by dialling 1571 from your WightFibre phone.

Call Blocker
Prevent nuisance and unwanted calls with advanced call screening, block undesirable callers with a
blacklist and allow friends and family straight through with a whitelist. Enable your WightFibre Call Blocker for free. Simply dial 1490 from your WightFibre phone

Worried about relying on your alarm clock for an important date? Set an alarm call on your phone and we will ring you at the time you chose.

Our free Evening & Weekend landline calls are available between 6pm to 8am, Monday to Friday and Anytime on Saturday and Sunday. Free calls to 01, 02, 03, 07 Mobile Numbers on EE, Vodafone, O2 and THREE, some 05 and some 08 number access charges.

Battery Back-up
£2.60 a month

As our phone line works through your broadband connection, you won’t be able to make or receive calls if you lose power at home. If you can’t use a mobile nor have another way to make a phone call, order our battery back-up to power your phone line for up to an hour. Not suitable for cordless phones that require their own mains power.
