You can now hire Red Squirrel Electric Bikes from the Visitor Information Centre at The Guildhall, Newport! The electric bikes have a small electric motor which gives you a welcome burst of power when tackling head-on winds or climbing hills. You’ll also find that the energy you save from less pedalling will enable you to travel further, allowing you to see more of our beautiful Island.
The hire in Newport is only the beginning, Red Squirrel Electric Bikes are also availble from the Hire A Twizy hire hub in Cowes and will soon be launching in Ryde too.
Prices start from half a day for £20 and you can also have the bike delivered to you at an additional cost.
