What happens if my payment is late?
If a payment remains outstanding after the due date, we may contact you to arrange payment.
If you’re aware that a payment has been missed, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.
This gives us the opportunity to discuss the account and help prevent further reminders being issued.
If you’re struggling to make a payment, we’re always happy to discuss your circumstances and explain what support may be available
How do I change my payment details?
Log into My WightFibre at https://my.wightfibre.com, go to Billing and here you can change your payment details and payment date.
Please note changes made may not apply to the next bill depending on when this is due.
How do I pay my bill?
Bill payments are generally collected via Direct Debit. If you don’t have an active Direct Debit you can log into your WightFibre account to update the details here.
If you’ve missed a payment or have an overdue bill, you can use the secure payment link sent to you by email or text message. If you no longer have the payment link, a new one can be provided.
Can I get a payment link?
Yes, if you need to make a payment, you can ask Customer Services for a payment link.
For your security, please don’t enter your card details directly into your conversation with Digi Dan.
When is my next payment due?
Your payment date depends on your billing cycle and how you pay.
If you’re not sure when your next payment is due, you can check your invoice sent via email or log into the customer portal to check your billing information.
What should I do if I am struggling to pay my bill?
Contact WightFibre as soon as you think you may have difficulty paying. Explain your circumstances so the team can discuss support and whether an agreed payment plan is suitable.
You can also ask whether you qualify for Essential Broadband, WightFibre’s social tariff.
