I want to cancel my account
We’re sorry you’re thinking about leaving WightFibre.
Please contact us and we’ll explain what happens next, including any notice period, your final bill and what happens with our equipment.
If you’re thinking about leaving because of the price, your Wi-Fi, your broadband speed or a problem with your service, tell us what’s wrong. There may be something we can do to help.
What happens to my final bill?
Your final bill will show anything you still need to pay, along with any money that may be credited back to your account.
The exact amount will depend on your account and when your service ends.
If you’re unsure what to expect, please contact Customer Services and we’ll explain it to you.
Do I need to return equipment?
Yes, our Sales team will make contact with you to discuss the collection of our equipment. Unreturned service equipment may lead to charges under the applicable terms.
Do not remove fixed fibre cabling or a wall-mounted fibre connection box – exact guidance on equipment return will be provided.
How do I cancel my WightFibre service?
To cancel your WightFibre service please contact us to discuss cancellation and confirm the end date for your service. All of our residential packages require a 30-day notice period that is billable.
The Sales team will make contact to confirm the cancellation and arrange the collection of our equipment.
If you are switching to another provider, ask that provider about the switching process before requesting a separate cancellation.
Cancelling a Direct Debit does not cancel the broadband service.
If you’re considering leaving because of your price, broadband speed, Wi-Fi coverage or a problem with your service, tell us what’s wrong. There may be something we can do to help.
