My WightFibre TV service isn’t working

If your internet is working normally, restart your TV equipment and give it time to start again.
Check that all the cables between your TV and WightFibre TV puck are firmly connected.

I’m getting a black screen
Check that your television is set to the correct HDMI input. This is the setting that tells your TV which connected device you want to watch.
Make sure the cable between your TV and WightFibre TV puck is firmly connected at both ends.
Restart your WightFibre TV puck and try again.
If you’re still seeing a black screen, please contact us.
Certain channels aren’t working
Check whether every channel is affected or only certain ones.
Restart your WightFibre TV puck and then try the channels again.
If only certain channels still aren’t working, make a note of which channels are affected and please contact us. This will help us investigate the problem.
