We all know what it is like to be stuck on hold to customer service lines and waiting in queues (unless, of course, you are a WightFibre customer!). This brilliant website aims to reduce the amount of time you waste by telling you the best time of day to call specific companies including broadband companies, banks, shops and travel operators. It even tells you the best time to visit tourist attractions (check out the Eiffel Tower for example). Wait a moment uses a colour coded char to indicate the best and worst times to call and also provides tips and numbers for getting through on the phone. Check this example on BT. It relies on users adding data so its’ list is still building but it’s a GREAT idea.
