Switcher Credit Offer terms and conditions 

We’ll cover your early termination charges from your previous broadband provider of an equivalent amount, up to a maximum of £350. The switching credit will be given to you as an account credit and this amount is VAT inclusive. You must switch to a WightFibre Home Broadband plan (an “Eligible Plan”): 

To qualify for this offer, you must: 

Be a new WightFibre customer who signs up for an Eligible Plan. 

Currently have a contract with another UK broadband provider. 

Have been charged an early termination or cancellation fee by your previous provider to leave your contract early (this does not include standard monthly fees or outstanding charges).

How to Claim Your Credit:

Provide Proof of Charges: You must provide a copy of your final bill from your previous provider that clearly shows the early termination or cancellation fees you were charged. Please email this evidence after you have ordered an Eligible Plan to sales@wightfibre.com

Claim Deadline: You must submit your claim within 90 days of your WightFibre home broadband service being activated. 

Credit Application: Once we’ve reviewed and processed your request, we’ll apply the credit to your WightFibre account within 30 days. 

This offer cannot be exchanged for cash. 

The switching credit will be given to you as an account credit and this amount is VAT inclusive. 

Your WightFibre Home Broadband service is subject to the standard terms of service which can be found at WightFibre.co.uk/broadband 

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. 

These terms and conditions will be governed by English law. 

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with WightFibre Limited’s privacy policy 

This offer ends at 30 September 2025 or earlier at WightFibre’s sole discretion.  

You must be a new customer of WightFibre. If you were previously with WightFibre but are not currently, you are eligible for this offer when switching back after 12 months. Existing customers are not eligible. 

Contract buy-out is only redeemable against one household and one member. If you decide to switch providers for multiple addresses you will only be eligible to receive one contract buy-out. 

Customers who cancel their order will not be eligible for the contract buy-out. 

This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or discount other than any 12 month discount codes which will be honoured if applied in the checkout process. 

IMPORTANT. If you leave WightFibre within 12 months of joining or fail to comply with the standard terms and conditions of our service (which includes paying bills on time and by direct debit) WightFibre will bill you for the amount of the Contract Buy-out provided. The standard terms and conditions are available on our website at wightfibre.com/legal. 

By participating in this offer you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, you should not participate in this offer in any manner. 

The offer is valid for a limited time and may be changed or ended at any time at WightFibre’s discretion. WightFibre reserves the right to modify any elements of this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions without notice. Updated Terms and Conditions will be available on our website and/or the relevant landing page. The applicable Terms and Conditions will be those published at the time of your participation in the offer.
