In April, we featured a blog reporting that Sky had to remove their misleading 99.9% broadband reliability advert following a complaint from Virgin Media.
One month on and their outages seem to be worsening. WightFibre’s customer service team have been busy this week with calls from existing Isle of Wight Sky users who are fed-up with their constant short-comings and are looking to move to a more reliable and consistent supplier.
