General Terms

Service availability: SERVICES AVAILABLE are based on Postcode. Use the Postcode checker or call 01983 24 24 24 to confirm availability. Subject to survey and network capacity, minimum term contract applies. If you cancel during the minimum contract period you will incur an early disconnection fee.

Installation: Installation charges may apply (starting from £50.00 for standard install).

Payment: Offers require you to pay by Direct Debit and use eBilling. If you prefer not to pay by Direct Debit, you will incur a monthly £3.00 payment handling fee. If you would like paper bills, the fee is £2.00 a month. Payment may be required in advance. All prices include VAT. Information correct at 01/04/2018. Calls are recorded. Further legal info applies.

Free service: Excludes misuse/mistreatment.

Broadband

Speed: Speeds referred to are download speeds. Minimum computer requirements apply. Speed of Internet connection assumes components working at optimum speed and capacity.

WightFibre Wireless Hub: Available to all new Broadband customers and to existing customers upgrading to higher speeds. Broadband (subject to status and credit checks for). Wireless Hub provided free while you are a subscriber. Wireless-enabled equipment required. Existing customers not upgrading their package can buy a WightFibre Wireless Hub for £75.00. Equipment remains property of WightFibre.

Downloading: Copyright owner’s permission may be required for the downloading of music, video or other copyrighted content. Fair Usage Policy applies.

Phone

FREE UK Evening & Weekend Calls. Our standard line rental includes free evening and weekend calls. Free Evening & Weekend landline calls are available between 7pm to 7am, weekdays & between midnight Friday & midnight Sunday. The offer applies to UK numbers starting 01, 02, 03, 056, 0800 & access charges to 08xx numbers only but excludes calls to Channel Island, dial-up Internet, indirect access & all other numbers. The maximum call time is 60 minutes per call but if you can call back before 60 minutes to avoid our standard call rate charges. Standard terms and conditions otherwise apply.

Anytime Calls. Our Anytime Calls package applies to UK numbers starting 01, 02, 03, 056, 0800 and the access charges to 08xx numbers only and excludes calls to Channel Island, dial-up Internet, indirect access & all other numbers. The maximum call time is 60 minutes per call but you can call back before 60 minutes to avoid our standard call rate charges. This package also includes free calls to UK mobiles (on EE, Vodafone, O2 and ‘3’) but excludes calls to Channels Islands and Isle of Man mobiles and to special rate 070 numbers. The maximum call time is 10 minutes per call but you can call back before 10 minutes to avoid standard rate mobile call charges. Standard Terms and Conditions otherwise apply.

Anytime+ International Calls. This offer includes the Anytime Package PLUS free calls to 21 Countries. The countries are: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA. International calls exclude calls to premium rate, dial-up Internet and indirect access numbers in those countries. Further terms and conditions may apply.

TV

 

Netgem tv:  service requires a TV aerial and a broadband connection. Netgem tv service subject to Netgem tv terms of use and suitable broadband speeds (WightFibre broadband speeds are more than suitable),  Netgem tv design, user interface, specifications and content services available on Netgem tv are subject to change without notice. On Demand content is accessed via various Apps and Players   which require registration and sometimes payment directly to the content provider. Channels are subject to change. Channel Line Ups are subject to change.
