In case you haven’t heard, we are now offering our Full-Fibre 100 broadband package as an Essential Broadband option to Isle of Wight residents that are on Universal or Pension credit at only £16.50 per month. The Essential Broadband package offers the same 100Mbps download and 100Mbps upload speed as our normal Full-Fibre 100 package but at a reduced price of only £16.50 per month instead of the current £24.95 per month.
Can I apply for this?
If you are currently in receipt of Universal Credit or Pension Credit then you can apply for our Essential Broadband package. You can also move to this tariff if you are an existing or returning customer.
What is included in the Essential Broadband package?
It includes our WightFibre Full-Fibre 100 broadband, providing 100Mbps download and 100Mbps upload speeds. You will receive one of our Plume SuperPod gateways, which includes our HomePass app and all our usual broadband features such as parental controls, online protection and guest access.
You can also choose to have a landline which would be set-up on our Pay-as-you-use telephone line.
What’s the catch?
There’s no catch! You will be placed on a 30 day rolling contract, giving you peace of mind that you can cancel at any time without being charged any exit fees.
We also run a check every month just to check that you are still eligible, so you don’t need to worry about that, If for some reason you are no longer eligible, then we will move you onto our cheapest available tariff and contact you to discuss your options.
